Stipends
Information for RegulatorsEach state may send more than one regulator to the conference; however, only one $900 stipend will be available to each state's onsite wastewater regulatory agency.The Stipend Information section of your Regulators Registration Form must be completed in order for proper paperwork to be completed. Prior to the conference, please check with Sandy Miller to insure that all paperwork for your stipend is in order to be reimbursed properly.

About the NESC
The National Environmental Services Center- collaborates with a variety of academic,government and private sector partners on drinking water,wastewater and the environment to assist small and rural communities improve water infrastructure and services and ultimately overall community health, quality of life and resilience.
The thirty year old Center, through its National Drinking Water and Small Flows Clearinghouses, is a recognized resource to the water and environmental sectors providing publications, web based information,expert technical assistance, and educational product research,development,production and distribution services.
It is the administrative support for the State Onsite Regulators Alliance (SORA), signatory to the EPA Partners for Decentralized Wastewater Management MOU and a member of the national Source Water Collaborative.

The National Research Center for Coal & Energy (NRCCE) is a research center and information clearinghouse dedicated to securing our nation's energy needs, protecting our environment and promoting our economic development.
